Hamlet

Post by Fernando »

This Monday i will take t my short -one week- vacations in the beach and I am meditating what kind of chess engine I will take with me. Perhaps just the one that are in Arena in the laptop I will carry anyway? Perhaps a hand held machine and my tournament rubber chess board with plastic pieces? Maybe a full machine as Chess champion septennial?
What do you recommend, dear comrades?

Hamlet regards

You are a cruel man, Steve, but I forgive you taking into account your many virtues, including your generosity with me SO MANY YEARS AGO..

Not much good taking either the Septennial or the Super9, unless you
can find a power outlet on the beach. They don't run on batteries. Maybe
the Par Excellence is best. Those little handheld units are fine until you
drop a piece in the sand. A black piece you might find but not a white one.
On the subject of birthdays, Fernando, are you sure you only have one
per year? You are forever having birthdays!

Haha, no, just once a year. With respect to the beach, do you imagine I ever go down to the beach? I stay in the house I rent, drinking beer, reading or playing.
