Saitek Master Chess vs. Novag Diamond II: 1/2

In the beginning the Novag had advantages, then fell asleep and surprisingly the Master Chess was on a win. But perpetual chess, caused by 2 pawns of the Master Chess, gave the Novag the gift of a draw:

This tournament was VERY GOOD FUN!!! Thank you, Nick, for all the preparations. And for all the work during the tournament.
Thank you all guys for the nice games and, especially, the funny chats.

Hi all,

Yes, thanks very much for a great day, it won’t be the last time I use the Diablo, I just need to find out how to use all of it’s features. It was also nice to see an exciting variation of openings.

Here’s the 5 interesting openings it played today:

1. White: Vienna Game: Vienna Gambit, Kaufmann Variation
2. Black: Dutch Defense: Nimzo-Dutch Variation, Alekhine Variation
3. White: King's Gambit Accepted, Bishop's Gambit, Bogoljubov Defense
4. Black: Catalan Opening
5. White: Semi-Slav Defense: Meran Variation, Blumenfeld Variation

Lastly, a big Thank-You to Nick for the organisation ...

Cheers,

Al (a knackered old Man)
