Perfect, guys :)
Thank you, Nick, for the schedule. Poor Dave..

I am pretty sure that Walter wants to participate, too. But he is not available this, maybe also next week.

I like the idea of 30 minutes per game. And 5 rounds are also okay, brings a bit more tension.

Hope our friendship survives that Saturday, Steve, regards,
Steffen

Hi Nick,

Most sundays I am not able to play more then 2 games.
So if all 5 games could be played on one saturday I can participate.
I prefer 30 minutes count down games.
As for the upper elo limit, I suggest somewhere between 1850 and 2250, with the restriction that the participating computer can handle that level.

Preparing my machine with epo regards ;-)

Hi Paul,

It would most likely be a Saturday since finishing late on a Sunday would be a problem for people who have to work on Monday.

Thanks for entering I will add you to the list.

Best regards

Fidelity Elite Premiere-Van
top of the U2200 List
checked to see if it has a Game 30 mode
it does...level C6

i am a bit wary of operating another Fidelity in a tournament
last time i did that it lost every game!
Paris 2009..Mobile Master ..it went 0-5

No Thanks For The Memories Regards

Steve,

This would be a good time to get your revanche!?
The only good competitor U2200 I have is the Master Chess. So I would like to play with that one. Or else the Brute Force.
U2100 I have more choice...

Waiting for others to vote or choose regards,
Paul

I would like to take the Novag Star Sapphire.
I agree concerning lichess, Paul. Easy to handle and easy to take back moves if one has made a mistake.

I may use a Mephisto Lyon, 68020, and I agree that lichess is a good choice.

about the dates....

it seems August is a time where ALL Europeans are not allowed to work and must take the entire month off by law
not sure if this means its a good time for the Euro contestants or it means they will be away

for me..these August dates are good...all are Saturdays
8/5
8/12
8/19

Augustus Sends His Regards

Hi Paul,

I think Ricardo only possesses the Master which he played with in the U2300 tournament in 2015. So if you don't mind I would reserve the Master for him so he can play in the tournament.

The Brute Force is a great choice too, it has been a long time since someone entered it. Pity that Sparc just missed the cut off. Or maybe your Dutch friends Hein etc.. have something special that they could loan you for this weekend :)

Best regards

Those dates sound good to me. What does the rest of the World say?

Have you decided on the Premiere so I can reserve it for you?

Best regards

OK to avoid the cluster I'll go with the Designer Mach IV to add variety, unless someone else wants it.
