Hi David,

do you know if there is any a link to a data sheet or instruction manual or any other document where I can understand how this unit works ?

I googled exactly your description but the only usable info was on this page: chessprogramming.wikispaces.com/Gavon, where there are mainly pictures of various set-ups.

The manual is available at the link below.

It can be used as a standalone touchscreen chess machine with 60+ engines built in but is designed to be used with DGT / Solus / Revelation boards.

Move announcements in female speech is one option offered.

I've been using it with the DGT Bluetooth although needed manual sync with the board as the autosync does not seem to work. Autosync with the speaker is fine.
