Lockable EPROM holder / extender

Post by Scally »

Hi,

I'm looking for a lockable 32 pin EPROM holder like those in EPROM programmers to place in my Lyon TM so that I can easily swap my Lyon/Portorose/Vancouver/London EPROMS.

Obviously I'm not using the correct terminology as I can't find anything on google, so I'm hoping that someone will know what I'm looking for and where to get one.

Cheers,

Al.

Hi,

Its name is "ZIF socket" (Zero Insertion Force socket). I hope this helps you find it more easily on the internet. In electronic component stores you can find it easily.

Regards,
