What seems like a fairy tale today may be reality tomorrow.
Here we have a fairy tale of the day after tomorrow....

We tested hiarcs before Munich championship, preparation for the title. And as far as I remember it there was only one opponent that was a risk, the konings "the king".
And therefore mark won the software title in Munich.

So Hiarcs 3 Master won the Tournament? Which King version came second do you know. Was it 2.5 or 2.0? Richard Lang's Genius 2.0 came 3rd.

ps... correcting myself Hiarcs 2 won the tournament per your page. My photo version above is Hiarcs 3. So I don't know if Hiarcs 2 was also sold in the same box?

Well it is not Pandix but Chess Friend from 1993. Same year and probably very similar to Pandix that played in this tournament.

Socrates 3.0 also from 1993 written by Larry Kaufman and Don Dailey winner of the Harvard Cup of that period.

Don't know why it was not entered into the 1993 World Championships. Perhaps it came out to late or they did not want to enter.

Thanks Thorsten, OK so Hiarcs 2.1 was the 1993 World Championships program!
