Well folks Mephisto Portorose does not like to be named Champion based on strength of competition as seen in the table above and therefore we offer the title of CO-Champion to Fidelity EAG V7 or challenge Fidelity EAG V7 to a head to head match for an outright winner of this 1st Chess Friends of the World Championship!!

What do you think folks?

Best regards
Nick

So close: The 1st with 3 1/2 points, the 7th 2 1/2.

The Montreux´s value plunged by 500$ ;)

It would be great to see these two titans go head to head.

For all the collectors who have V7 or V9, I recommend you do this adjustment suggested by Steve_uk;

I can live with two Co-Champions of this first tournament, also to emphasize being Friends of the dedicated computers!
And, it has been a long weekend with lots of gazing at board and screen, so I am not willing to kibitz another game, allbeit such an important one.

Thanx again Nick, I hope we will play more tournaments in the future!

And thanx to all for playing this tournament, it was a great experience playing with people all over the world :D.

Best regards,
Paul.
