Do you really think, that a moderator of the fast-growing Hiarcs forum has time to read all posts of such miserable people as we are?

right. 3000 or 4500 is a specification to differenciate the BOARDS, not the modules.

but there are in fact 2 versions of Mephisto III moduln.

the a version needs arround 2-3 seconds for an opening move.
the super version, also named b version only needs 1 second to play out an opening move. it also has different opening moves, such as scandinavian and french opening with black.
What seems like a fairy tale today may be reality tomorrow.
Here we have a fairy tale of the day after tomorrow....

Yes i know of the two different MIII versions but as far as i know there is only one version of the MMI(the MIIIa)

Do you know of a MMI=MIIIb?

mclane wrote:IMO the number 3000 or 4500 refers to the SIZE of the board.
either modular kind of plastic (3000) or exclusive size wood (4500).

it has nothing to do with the ENGINE that is used, its simply the size in cm as a number.
Good to know! Now i can look in my database and correct some datas...

:D
