Last week I also saw a bunch of these on German Ebay.
I wonder how they managed to do it.

Another red flag: Different seller IDs for each listing.

eBay has always been a somewhat dangerous place to play in, but even more so when the new ownership disbanded the fraud department. Under the previous ownership, I helped shut down a fair number of sellers of counterfeit coins. The new ownership couldn't care less, as long as they get their sellers fees.
