Kind or Suicidal state of mood by CM 2000
I was playing yesterday a game with CM2000 and nether side has any mayo advantage, perhaps, me, a bit, if that, but in a sudden and with lot of time available CM 2000 announced he resigned. I wonder if he knew my long series of defeat and had pity on me OR something weird is happening when it is settled in this or that way.
Getting the point anyway regards

No offense , But I am not such a bad player not to see something like that seen by old program. Or even by a very strong one. Mate or gross material loss is very well inside my chess capability to see coming if there is something of the sort.Larry wrote:No offence, but the computer could see a mate or very big loss

Where did you get CM2000?, at an antique shop?

Positional nuances probably I could miss if playing Rybka or Stockfish.
Not that bad a player regards

move for white in this position. Of course white wins the game but
what's his best continuation? No engines allowed, please.

PS, I forgot to mention...we don't want any excuses about how a
recent earthquake upset your concentration.

So you in the mood of testing me?
In less than 10 seconds I found NxP, which make easier to impose the preposterous material superiority.
Perhaps in one minute I will find something better, but this is a lousily kind of problem to test me, Larry.
And of course, I do NOT use comps in this kind of challenge or in a game.
Perhaps I am less decently competent than I believe, BUT I am fully honest and decent, which is more important.

I saw that too, but I did not annotate it here because in a sudden, when annotating the previous idea, i realized how futile and preposterous this exercise was. I should have told you that I was not capable of winning a game like that with such a few advantage.Larry wrote:Yes the columns are named wrong. In any case, another tactical joke: queen g2 check and thern night to d4
look at Qe4 check, sacrificing the queen with a mate in four.
