Does anybody have any advice re powering a Munchen from a portable power pack (rather from the mains)?

Hi Gandalf,
I made good experience with this here:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HF ... le+charger
Enough capacity and lots of output voltages!
Regards, Michael

Another question please! What lead do I need to connect this to my Munchen? USB to what? Where can I buy a suitable (short) one? Thanks.blaubaer wrote:Hi Gandalf,

Hi Gandalf,
the a.m. portable charger comes with ten different adaptor plugs, incuding the suitable one for the München board. In this case you do not need a specific one, but just the link cable as it is.
You can use the charger for other devices too, like notebooks, mobiles etc.
!Attention!: Always check the selected voltage, 9V in case of München and the polarity: plus must be the inner lead!!
If you have no glue what you are doing, don't try it!!
Think twice before connecting the device!!
Which Module do you use? Voltage is also depending on the type of module!! MM4/MM5 is ok with the a.m. values.

Thanks Michael - Good advice. I use the Polgar Modul. I also have MMVI and Senator Moduls. I don't want to risk damaging anything. What is the connection called that fits into the Munchen? Perhaps you are right, I 'have no glue'!blaubaer wrote:Hi Gandalf,

Hi Gandalf,
it's a 5.5mm/2.1mm 'hollow plug' with plus at the inner lead - I don't know if 'hollow plug' is the right English translation for the German 'Hohlstecker'!
For Polgar, MMVI and Senator it's the same voltage - this is all only valid if you have not a München 'S' board. For München 'S' you need exactly 5V!!
