Table Bases and Hiarcs

Please can someone help in getting hiracs to use tablebases I have installed onto my hard drive. I have the endgame Tablesbases turbo syzygy placed in drive d:/tablebases

Hiarcs has so good online and local Nalimov compatibility that I can't see the advantage of trying to connect Syzygy... See here, Hiarcs announced mate in 196...

i am not sure if this off topic but i get endgame results when analyzing with the gm+ openings base library and i didn't need to set this up. :D

Hiarcs uses Nalimov tablebases (not syzygy)!

i don't know the answer. i was assuming.
i still have a copy of thompson table bases from my pc days in the 90s

the opening explorer for mac apparently uses nalimov endgame table bases because in the hiarcs engine settings you can specify their root directory :roll:
