Serial number not working for registration

Hello,

Owing to a computer disaster, I've had to yank the HD from my Mac Pro and put it into another machine. HIARCS apparently recognizes the fact that I'm on a new machine and has requested I put in my serial number again. I have done this. However, no matter how I type it, I get the message "The Name or Code is wrong", please try again.

I'm not sure what the "License name" should be, so I'm at a loss.

Any suggestions?

The licence name is probably your name. Email Hiarcs support if that does not work.
