MAC HCE Keyboard shorcuts for comments?

Is there a listing of all keyboard shortcuts for the MAC explorer? I am specifically looking for shortcuts to enter comments and flip board.

Thanks for a great MAC chess database program!

command+M - comment
shift+command+M - previous comment
command+B - board flip

Some of the commands have the shortcut next to them in the menu, and you can find others in the users manual (under Help).
