Hello, given that I have received no answers about some details of hiarcs chess explorer opening book subscription (USD$ 59.95), I want to ask to community whether could tell me information about:
1.) Dates from the subscription will be active. ¿Since purchase or since last book release?
2.) The renewal is automatic or I have to renewal manually.

Sorry to hear of your difficulty which is very unusual in my experience with Hiarcs, hopefully this info will help -
Subscription afaik is usually from the date you take it out.
I have to renew it manually once a year but Hiarcs send me a reminder and link to the subscription options.
The last book update was Late June 2014.
The book subscription also shows up in Hiarcs Chess Explorer. My subscription gets me the Book in a variety of formats so that I can use the one subscription for HCE and ChessBase versions without problem.
