how to request upgrade

I would like to upgrade Hiarcs and included UCI to multiprocessor "deep" edition. I don't see a way to do this without paying full price. I recall receiving emails from time to time with a discounted upgrade offer. Is there a way to get the upgrade price or do I need to wait for the next email offer?
