Problem with Hiarcs 11 and 11.1

I have had to reinstall Windows XP64, and Hiarcs 11 and 11.1 do not work any more. The old key does not be accepted. Moreover, H 11 and H 11.1 indicate two different fingerprints. Hiarcs 11.2 functions perfectly.

Does exist a “general” key, which allows the fontionnement of these two versions under all environments, as for Hiarcs 11.2?

Hi,

Hiarcs 11.2 no longer uses the hardware key that Hiarcs 11 and 11.1 use. Just send the hardware fingerprint to Mark and he will send you a new key for 11/11.1
