palm hiarcs lost

My palm got out of batteries and i lost my palm hiarcs, but i still have the e-mail with the key number. What can i do?

Do you mean that your Palm is now dead?What model was it?As there are some technicians that can fit new replacement battery.Then in that case your old key will still work.But if you need a new machine then you will need a new key.

I will charge the batteries for 48 hours and see what happens. If it is ok i will download hiarcs for palm again.
