Well, it looks like Nick has a shared first place.

Oh, Oswaldo escapes probably to a draw because of a bishop of the false colour...

Thank you, Nick, for that great tournament. You had so much work with it. And for this you deserve winning it. Congratulations!

I am also very happy that the two Spracklens V7 and V9 were that successful :D

Also in Kaufbeuren, my game with the Polgar of Hein and Luuk was a draw by move repetition in 17 moves!
They finished first, I was third...

I'm wondering if Re3 was a good option. Effectively Rxg4! draw. the V7 and me are tired.

This weekend's tournament has been a lot of fun. Thank you for your hard work to make this such a success! Your patient assistance made this first time tournament player feel very comfortable.

Are you already planning another tournament for the spring? :wink:
