our updated rating lists are now online and can be found under the attached links.

40 / 20:

This week we added 1361 games made with 41 different engines to our list. See more in our list "Games of the week". In total our 40/20 list is based now on 339.943 games.

New engines:

New in our list are
Chronos 1.9.7: The engine has a start-rating only 2 points ahead of version 1.9.6 (2641/139).
Tornado 3.12 w32 2CPU starts with 2633 elos after 149 games and
Tornado 3.12 w32 1CPU reached 2543 elos after 201 games (still clear behind 64bit version 2.2)
AnMon 5.75 has only 100 games yet but with a promising start: 2594!!
Rotor 0.5 seems too clear better than previous version (2529/165 games)

471 Arasan 11.4 x64 1CPU 2530 +23 -23 625 games &#40;-7; still difficult to say which is the strongest version&#41;

Stockfish 1.4 x64 2CPU: 2997 – 600 (new in the list; +71 to Glaurung 2.2)
Stockfish 1.4 x64 1CPU: 2928 – 700 (new in the list; +41 to 1.3.1)
Stockfish 1.4 w32 1CPU : 2890 - 1138 update; -2)
Stockfish 1.4 x64 4CPU: tests are started - see more in our forum!
Alfil 8.1.1 „Optimized - an older engine, but seems to be much stronger than version 8.1 (+78)!

UPDATES

Bright 0.4a 4CPU: 2974 - 1900 games (-1)
Bright 0.4a 2CPU: 2881 (only for comparison)
Bright 0.4a 1CPU: 2807 - 2345 games (-1)

SpiderChess 070603: 2455 - 510 games with -40 ELO; has had a too high startrating
