This week we added 1619 games made with 38 different engines to our list. See more in our list "Games of the week". In total our 40/20 list is based now on 324.132 games.
New engines:
The new Stockfish 1.3 x64 was tested on 1, 2 and 4 CPUs:
Stockfish 1.3 x64 4CPU with 2925 elos after 349 games. This is 40 points behind version 1.2default.
Stockfish 1.3 x64 2CPU with 2908 elos after 317 games. This is close to version 1.2default.
Stockfish 1.3 x64 1CPU with 2884 elos after 289 games. This is with +52 to version 1.2default a clear improvement. So we have the question: normal statistical errors or something wrong with the smp-versions?
A new first entry in our list is Brutus 7.02 x64 2CPU. The engine reached 2583 Elos after 279 games (2666 elos in the blitz-list).
Pepito 1.59.2 JA x64 reached 2493 Elos after 114 games. The previous version in our list has 2488 elos.

Here we made 6350 new games. The list is based now on 470.740 games
New engines:
Brutus 7.02 x64 2CPU: 2666 -500 (new in the list, but difference to w32 with +162 ELO seems too high)
Brutus 7.02 w32 1CPU: 2504 - 700 (with +148 to previous version 6.1 a great performance!!)
Critter 0.34: 2213 - 300 (another new engine in our list)
Pepito 1.59.2 JA x64: 2590 - 700 (+51 to the very old version 1.59)
Scorpio 2.1 w32-2CPU: 2714 - 500 (as with the other new Scorpio versions: no improvements)
OliThink 5.1.9 w32: 2350 - 600 (too with no previous version in our list)
Spike 1.3x6 4CPU: 2932 - 600 (the improvement +68 to 1.2Turin 2CPU is probably due to the hardware difference).

Petir 3.99d: 2576 - 760 (500 new games, +/-0!)
Scorpio 2.1 JA w32 1CPU: 2656 - 500 (200 neue, +4)
