Online Tournament Book and Hiarcs server connection status

For last one week, I am unable to see the online tournament book drop down option under the opening book sources. I only see
1. Database
2. Last Search
3. Local opening book

Since I am registered for deep hiarcs and subscribed for one year online reference, I was able to see several other book sources, but in last one week I don't.

I also noticed that the Hiarcs chess server status shows offline all the time.

Any help ?

All seems fine for me. probably best to email support.

This issue was resolved by email and was related to router/firewall settings.
