Mega Database 2014 in Hiarcs Chess Explorer

hi I'm a new purchaser of Hiarcs Chess Explorer. I also just purchased the Mega database 2014. I imagine others have asked this, and it has been answered many times, but I need to ask it too! How do I convert the huge chessbase file into a pgn that can be used by the HCE? Thanks. River

As far as i know you would need to convert the file in Chessbase, unfortunately the free version (CB Light) will not handle files of that size. There are many free sources of pgn game collections available on the 'net from which you can recreate Mega but minus the annotations.
