I A FRITZ14 USER , can i know operation setting for MY 14h.ctg BOOK ? LIKE 1/100 OR 2/100 ?

I am pretty sure this was answered by email.

In Fritz the Hiarcs book needs to be optimised (that is press the Optimize button in the book options dialog).
