Problem activating the software HIARCS Chess Explorer

Just purchased HIARCS Chess Explorer through USCF and installed it on my MAC but the code I was emailed is incorrect. I've sent an email to HIARCS to see if they could solve the problem but haven't received a response. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Glad it's woke out okay for you, Mark is usually very quick to help out. Hopefully you will enjoy HCE, I find it a great piece of software for my chess.
