'set up position' commmand in HIARCS Chess Explorer

Works for me, but once the position is set up I see no way to save it. My guess is that I'm not supposed to save it, but that seems odd.
Can someone explain? Once I set up a position I want to be able to get it back, and play it.

Of course you can save a set up position. After you have set a position up you can save it in the current PGN database using the Game->Save menu item or by clicking the floppy disk icon above the notation.

In play game mode if you set up a position it is automatically saved when the played game is finished or the tab is exited you are asked if you wish to save it.
