Online opening books

I just got the opening book subscription. I can see that i can choose new online books on the screen, but they dont seem to work. Moreover. The gm+ book doesn't work anymore. Sometimes it reacts to a first move, but for example after e4 c5 it is "out of book". With the tournament book 1.e4 is already out of book. Any clue?

Does anybody else have problems entering the online opening books? They seem to work very random for the last couple of days. Most of the time they dont work.

They are working fine for me at the moment. Perhaps you should email Hiarcs support. Are you experiencing any problems with you ISP at the moment?
