Sometimes the online book can be quirky. And it will go "out of book" when it clearly isn't. Not sure why. You aren't the only one who has experienced this.

Since this is online book, maybe sometimes there are connection/server problems with it. I would advice to switch to local books when it happens and cross fingers they improve servers soon.

The server has an uptime of more than 99.999% over the last year.

I can confirm this also. Sometimes it will go out of book, and no back and forth will get it into book again for that very position.

We have made a few changes to online book handling in HCE v1.6 which we think will stop this out book situation which affects some users on occasion.
