Microsoft Security Essentials

Post by JamesC »

Keeps coming up with a pop-up: "Items detected on your PC require further analysis. By sending the files listed below you can help Microsoft analysts determine whether these items are malicious." Listed is "Hiarcs Chess Explorer.exe" (in the correct directory). This is for version 1.5. Haven't had this before, or for any other chess software.

Regards

HCE is copy protected and that is why it will be difficult for MSE to analyse it.

Every release exe is signed by my company with a digital signature, if that is present then the application is authentic.
Best wishes,
Mark
