Minor bug when changing no of lines in analysis

The analysis halts when changing the number of lines and does not resume until analysis is turned off and on again. This is on Mac OS X 10.8.4 and HCE 1.5b.

Thanks, we are planning a 1.5.1 update in the next 24 hours to resolve this as it is annoying to have to restart the analysis.
