Annotated games sources

Am looking to build up a collection of annotated games to use with HCE. Any suggestions for sources?

I noticed that CB Opening encyclopedia offers 80,000,but I already have some CB mags. Does anyone know if the opening encyclopedia simply duplicates the annotations in CB mag?

I would imagine there will be some overlap as the annotated games in CB mag do go into their databases also.
