Window 8 - Galimov - Hiarcs 14 opeing books

I'm considering purchasing Hiarcs 14 + the opening books. I would be using the engine with Fritz13 and Chessbase 13 on a quad core i7 PC platform.

A few questions:

1) Does Hiarcs work with Windows 8?
2) Does it support the Gaviota tablebases (How about Nalimov?)
3) Will it make use of my quadcore processor?
4) Will I be able to link the opening books with the Hiarcs engine using CB12 and Fritz 13?
5) Is there a discount for purchasing both the engine + opening book?
