Help installing pocket fritz 4 on an HTC8X phone

Could someone please help me on how i can go about installing pocket fritz 4 on an HTC8X phone via a p.c running on windows 8? i have tried and i'm not getting anywhere.

HTC 8X is a Windows 8 phone, PocketFritz4 only compatible with Windows Mobile 6.5 or less. So basically PocketFritz lost ability to work on new devices when WP7 was released. I have asked ChessBase if they plan to release a new version of PocketFritz5 for the new mobiles but the reply I got was that no plans to.
