Hello, I cant figure out how to add a variation at the end of game. That is for example if the game were to end 26.Qe3 1-0 and I would like to show the winning idea or the mate or what have you as a variation and not played moves, how could I do that.

I am using Mac chess explorer 1.4

Hi Rafael,

I think this post by Mark describes what you are trying to do.

This may be what you are looking for:
1. go to the end of the game
2. enter moves to continue game
3. go back to move before last move in actual game
4. press shift and enter last move

Then game will have variation including last move of game.
