Hiarcs on iOS Silently Lost Data Due to Filename

I'm using Hiarcs mobile version 13.88 on iOS 16.6.

Today was the last day of an OTB tournament and I had a break before my last round and input 4 of my games into the mobile app. I saved them to a new PGN titled "ALTO 9/23". It accepted this name and seemed to save the games, but when I was done and went to email them to myself the file was nowhere to be found, and I could not load it either. When I got home just now I plugged it into my Mac to confirm - that PGN does not exist. I assume the problem is the slash in the filename. It would be nice if there were an error instead of silent data loss.

My apologies, I did not realise that could occur. I will make sure it is fixed in the next update which should be submitted at the end of Sept/early Oct.
