HCE Pro 1.2.1 Open URL sometimes stuck

I'm using it to follow the World Cup.
Sometimes the automated reload stops (progress bar stuck ~ 40%) then I hit Reload and it loads immediately.
Did not find a pattern, most of the time it works as expected.

Opening live PGNs using Open URL... is working here. We have not changed the live PGN code in 1.2.1.

I used this URL for the World Cup https://theweekinchess.com/assets/files/pgn/wcup23.pgn

It may be the case a slow or unreliable connection could cause one of the URL fetches to be incomplete. You can force a reload from the Reload live PGN toolbar icon in the event this happens. Personally I don't recall seeing this happen but I guess it is more likely with large live PGNs.

I had this problem with 1.1.1 but kept it quit until 1.2 was released.
There is no problem with HCE, nor with my connection.
I connected via VPN to a different server, totally unaware of that file, working with a different internet provider.
Downloaded the file, and it's the same I have now, 4 games still running.
It's a problem with the TWIC server, or most probably somewhere in Baku.
