HIARCS 1.2 Annotation Bug?

Is it just me, or is it no longer possible in HIARCS 1.2 to create yellow annotation arrows and squares as described in the manual on:

https://www.hiarcs.com/hce-pro/manuals/ ... games.html

If anyone has a workaround, I'd appreciate your post. How red and green are made is also altered.

Thank you. After quitting all other startup items and extensions, it is improved, but still having trouble getting yellow:
Which key combo do you use for yellow?
I get

• Control -> Green

• Option -> Green

• Control+Option -> Green

• Control+Shift -> Red

• Control+Alt -> Red

• Command - the piece is sometimes moved, other times nothing.

• Command+Shift - the piece is sometimes moved, other times nothing.

• Control+ Command - the piece is sometimes moved, other times nothing.

Maybe I am idiotically misreading the instructions or missing a combo?

On my macs I use
marking squares
Green: control or option
Red: control + shift or option + shift
Yellow: control + command or option + command
drawing arrows
Green: control or option and holding left mouse button / trackpad
Red: control + shift or option + shift and holding left mouse button / trackpad
Yellow: control + command or option + command and holding left mouse button / trackpad
