Cheers Michael,

I was worried about your passed e pawn during the game with some justification it seems, as e4 is suggested a couple of times during the analysis ...

Hi,

hopefully the Magellan will be ready to play in a couple of days, my Senator is currently under surgery and will come out soon as a famed Maggi.

As soon as my surgeon Arno is done with the work I will post and offer possible dates for play.

So long and wishing an entertaining tournament for all of us...

OK, the surgery was successful and I will receive my newborn Magellan Modul before this weekend. I can offer to play from Saturday, the 14th till Sunday the 22nd, each day from early afternoon to midnight (my time). From the 23rd to 29th I am playing in an OTB open, so that week will be difficult. After that I will be in the swiss mountains with no real Internet-access so I would like to get as many games played as possible before that.

Hope to hear from all of you soon...

Chess Machine 32 Gideon 3 - Millennium Exclusive King Version 2.61/0.45: 0-1

Millennium King plays in this tournament always "nomal" style and with the opening book "Master", without any changes in the standard settings.
The opening will be random and is never selected by the user.

The Millennium King played with black the accepted Benko gambit which was not very favorable. The Chess Machine 32 3.1 Gideon Madrid defended his extra pawn and was roughly 1 pawn unit ahead. He missed starting an attack with his passed pawns and let black provoke with his white square bishop. In the moment when a 3fold repetition was obvious - and calculated by the Millennium King - the CM Madrid made a blunder in move 36.

What a game! Walter said he has never seen a TASC being taken apart like this.
After move 38 Millennium King announces mate in 11.
