When I first started work at the age of 15 I used to get a lift everyday with an older man named Charlie and he would constantly tell me;
"They aren't the same as us you know Bryan"
"What do you mean Charlie, they aren't the same" I would reply
And Charlie response was always, "You'll find out, you'll find out"
It wasn't until I got married that I eventually understood what Charlie was telling me 😃😩😃

Regarding the emulators:
1. Tri-weekly
2. Try weekly
3. Try weakly
- * disassembling the object (executable) code would provide an excellent study into the construction of these classic chess programs. Considering that most of the source code is long lost or squirreled away somewhere, this is about the only way to figure out exactly what's going on
* if you can connect a real board (perhaps a Novag UCB, or a DGT, or even a Mephisto Exclusive with a communications board) then, hey, we're pushing real wood with whatever computer we want to dial up from the past
* as one post pointed out, nice GUIs can be designed and attached (though I don't play using screens because I stare at the damned things all day long for my day job

Regarding men and women, there are three stages to a man's sex life:

Hi,
if anyone is interested - I've just released a new (final) version of CB-Emu.
I've implemented lots of new chess modules since Fernando created this thread - in total it contains now 128 modules.
Here's the link:
http://www115.zippyshare.com/v/PQgyBgx4/file.html
You'll still need the necessary ROM files - the included file 'ROMs.txt' tells you where you can find these ROMs.
Have fun,
Franz
