The seller is "miketp2"... is it safe to assume this is Mike Watters?
I've dropped a bid on and am currently the high bidder... but for
how long? I'm shooting for a winning bid of GBP1400, or thereabouts.
Mike points out a couple of dead display segments. I'm wondering if
this is caused by simple dried out solder joints, which could likely
be fixed with a soldering iron.

Hi Larry
Yes it's Mike, he's been holding a 'Sale & Swap' event again for the past couple of weeks selling some really nice computers from his collection.
Have a look here. http://www.chesscomputeruk.com/html/sal ... _2012.html
