ChessUp - Electronic Chess vs GENIFOX Electronic Chess Set

Was wondering if anyone had any comments regarding these two chess boards. The price is quite reasonable and the features seem good too. Thanks.

I would stay away from Genifox.

As for ChessUP, ignore all the sponsored reviews on YouTube since they are getting paid to say good things.

While real users out there are having nothing but problems both on hardware and software level.

I actually want ChessUP to succeed. I will buy one if they can fix the issues.

The problem with Genifox is that the board has no open software, it only works with the app in Android so far (maybe in Iphone also). However, the quality of the board and pieces is high.
