Re: Do you feel lucky?
Yes. The 6114 and serial number 92230746 tell you it's a v.2 made on August 11th 1989.
If it is what it says it is.

Re: Do you feel lucky?
Saw it also. Will try to buy it. How high will it go?
Re: Do you feel lucky?
How high?…I’m imagining maybe US$1200. I’m thinking the seller is doing himself a disservice
by not taking it out and putting it on full display, contrary to what he’s saying.

I wonder if a collector buys this, will he open the box or leave it in extra super rare factory sealed condition?

Re: Do you feel lucky?
is an elite avantgarde 2100 (6502 based) more worth then the elite avantgarde V2 (68000 based)?
Re: Do you feel lucky?
question about another rare chess computer. how much would you pay for a novag diablo 68000 in good condition without original packaging?

The prices for these computers are not about their strength but the rarity and condition.

Id say the 2100 is harder to find then the V2
at least thats my experience
i have been looking to replace my faulty 2100 for several years now..even making outrageously high offers here to buy one with no box,Manual, Pieces or adaptor
response has been ...nada,zip ..crickets
2100 has gotten so unplayable i boxed it up and whipped out a V9 and im settling for that right now
Voiceless Regards
