I would analyze the following things first:

- Corrupted file (download was not really successful)?
- A security program blocks the install file (for ex. because it's a new unknown file)?

Menu is not updated.

HCE 1.8(d) Guess moves only in analyses works not correct

If "Guess moves" is set to "Only in analyses", the tipps appears nevertheless always as yellow squares. Only if this option is to "Never" they doesn't appearing.

Hi The SSL-Libraries (included with HIARCS (in program path)) are (very) old. They are v1.0.1.6, wich means v1.0.1f (if I'm correct). If I read the security reports on http://www.openssl.org/news/ it should be updated, at least to v1.0.1k. Also, IMHO not only the Server is related, also the clients ...
