Many thanks, did not expect a service manual to be available. Notice it does not mention disassembly so presumably should come apart when all screws are out which they are. There is evidence it has been opened before maybe it was glued back.

If you have a mo' sometime the width and diameter of the rolls would be useful. Would imagine printer takes a smaller capacity than say a cash register.

The manual suggests a 24V AC mains adapter not 24V DC, is that correct.

OK, thanks, will seek out a suitable adaptor.

A follow up query. What modern printer roll code is suited for printer. The instructions note to use Olivetti not Texas Instruments so presumably differences. The spec given does not relate to a modern roll.
