I did it many times, just one set (45mm board) gave problems, the rest (55mm board ) worked flawlessly.

The problem with Genifox is that the board has no open software, it only works with the app in Android so far (maybe in Iphone also). However, the quality of the board and pieces is high.

The concept is nice, however, if it is the same as having an Android Tablet near the board, I don't think it would be a great added value to me. To me is not a big issue, depending if it is noticed too much. That model has two kinds of wood, one for white squares and a different one for black squares. There are other models with printed board, which have a more equal surface.

It would not be a bad idea to open the communications protocol of the new Mephisto Phoenix. It would allow using of any other board and maybe the sales would increase a lot. Who knows.

The screen sensitivity is extremely important. I hope Millenium could solve that in a good manner. Regards

I would prefer only one app which would have all the functionalities and would accept most of the electronics boards. Bear chess is great and work in windows. But it still lacks functionalities.
