command+M - comment
shift+command+M - previous comment
command+B - board flip
Some of the commands have the shortcut next to them in the menu, and you can find others in the users manual (under Help).

Yes, sorry I have realized that the error only happens when the analysis position has been locked, once the analysis position has been unlocked it works properly.
