According to the workshop manual I have the Super Expert has a 2.4v Nicad Battery to save settings and games etc. I think this is the yellow component in the top right corner of the pcb. Thanks for helping out Steve.. I don't think the problem is just on the MMV, as I put it in my Senator Exclusive board, I have no problem at all, that is why it lead me to believe there may be some compatible issue. I did try battery to sure the power supply is ok. But it still give me the same prob...
