It would be great to have HIARCS as a stand-alone table-top chess computer (kinda Chess Genius PRO). Seems that Palm or WM version of engine and UI are possible to put inside such unit.

You have to update OS at your device up to 2003 version, otherwise almost any chess program would not work on it... Check special forums about or find an experienced user for help because this process might be not easy.

2200X runs at 10Mhz, while Master has 16Mhz...

I suppose that Wchess 1.6 (AKA 1.06) was released as WB / UCI engine only and could be used in Arena GUI; I have it on my PC.

Are there any bugs with "self-learning"? Because I won 3 games in a row using absolutely same move sequence (LEELA ID-82 had white):

1. e4 Nc6
2. d4 d5
3. exd5 Qxd5
4. Nf3 Bg4
5. Be2 O-O-O
6. Nc3 Qh5
7. h3 Nf6
8. O-O e5
9. hxg4 Nxg4

At the endgame they do horrible mistakes no matter of time control's type anyway :D Im still prefer "official" 30/99 8) As for Brute/Selective - 2nd one is always better - see rating list: there You'll find that every tested chess computer has reached higher performance with it :wink: Good...
